If youre using one of these computers with OS X Mavericks or later, you can install macOS Catalina. It comes down to the availability of preview copies of the various operating systems. This list will be updated as other compatible models become available. These OS versions can upgrade to Sierra: OS X Mountain Lion v10.8 or Lion OS X Mavericks v10.9 OS X Yosemite v10.10 OS X El Capitan v10. Check your macOS for Sierra compatibility.
